My overall experience has been great with ultra dent tools. I lived in the saint Louis Missouri area till two years ago and moved to alaska. Ultra dent tools are about the only pdr tool company that will offer free shipping sometimes to ALL of us in the United States not just the lower 48. So every time I see free shipping from them I always see what I need. I asked dentcraft, a1 pdr tools,dent magic,anson and asked if they will ever do free shipping to alaska and they said no. So I don’t even look on their site anymore. Thanks unta dent tools. Now I just seen this review is of the product and not erasing it. The plugs are good too.
