I like the tip I guess. After using as a tap down for a couple days it started scuffing the clear a little bit similar to how plastic does. So I'm not sure of the advantages. I think it would be helpful for products like this if Ultra would have a few word description saying, " this phenolic resin tip works great for 'blank'", so I the buyer know what is supposed to be special about this tip or specialty tips like this
