Gift Wrap

Very disappointed. The wrapping paper did not look festive enough to give someone as a gift. The paper wasn’t taped very well and the boxes appeared to have been crushed. The gift cards seemed, to me, to be too big. I had to take the time to re-wrap everything. Totally unacceptable.

Overall experience

Loved the look of the tie online, but my order was never received. I reached out via email and phone multiple times with no resolution and for the most part minimal communication from the company. I would have easily purchased again if the communication and service was different.
