Cute design love it perfect for separating messy and dry food

I love the merchandise but the communication with Customer service was very reactive and no communication about a massive order delay. Had to chase CS multiple times over a 4 week period, with an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. I would expect some form of active communication if orders or merchandise gets that massively delayed!
