Good products but poor customer service

I'm giving this low review based on a complete lack of customer support. I posted the same question to the "info at sharkhidestore" email address on their homepage (can't post email address here as it gets deleted) 3 times over two weeks and never received a response. Those of you doing research know that there is lots of conflicting info out there regarding how to "properly" use Sharkhide products. I decided to go to the experts, and they left me down. As for the product it has the exact same color, smell, consistency, and it produced identical results to Flitz. I posted my questions to Flitz and they responded within 18 minutes. I tried both Flitz and Sharkhide polish side by side on the same surface and the results were identical. It does what it is supposed to do... polishes metal.
