Parlux 385 Hair Dryer Diffuser

Recieved my order within 2 weeks which was great considering the covoid situation but regarding the diffuser, I was under the impression that this difusser would also fit my parlux advanced light hairdryer only to receive it and realized it's not compatible. I've contacted customer care about exchange for the right one and havnt heard back for over 3 weeks so not sure I will.... so I cant really rate the product but as for customer care not that great.

I purchased this a month ago and I can confidently say this is the best hair dryer I’ve ever used. I upgraded from a Twin Turbo brand hair dryer (also made by Parlux) and the extra $$ is really worth it. Last year I purchased a Dyson and hated it as it left my hair feeling dry and brittle so I returned it. I have also used a BlowBar yellow hair dryer a few times which is good, but this Parlux wins over all of them. I no longer use my GHD Straightener as I get such a good result with this hair dryer.
