Pia 25-31 Inch Industrial Style Counter Height Stool with Adjustable Swivel Seat, Brown, Black By The Urban Port

I bought 3 stools and each one isnt stable on the legs, they rock back and forth, and so do the seats. The company states a 30 day return window so i called multiple times and emailed as well, and have only been able to get someone by email. They offered no return shipping label and told me i could drop them off to their office an hour and a half away. Ive never had an encounter like this, and would never suggest going through this to anyone else.

I received one of my stools which the wood was damaged. They sent me a very nice note and replaced it immediately. Outstanding customer service and the quality is beautiful!

Didn't work for me

I needed the stool to be 30" so when I adjusted it to the higher height my feet no longer reached the foot rest. Also, the seat is a little small. It fit me perfectly but I'm a size 4. Didn't fit the men in my life. I really wanted it to work because they are so cute...ended up returning them.
