Great sleep support
This is one of the best sleep support products I’ve used and I have tried many. I only need to take one and I add a little extra GABA to it and in 30 mins I can’t even keep my eyes open. It seems to last through the night as well. I highly recommend giving it a try if you have sleep issues.

Sleep Relief for My Son on the Spectrum
In the past I have tried many supplements for my autistic son. His system is very sensitive and have tried, straight melatonin, magnesium, GABA, and other sleep aids in the past. I usually have had to force my son at 16 to take something when he is unable to sleep as he has resistance due to grogginess, or other side effects from the past supplements we have tried. When my son actually came to me one night ASKING for the supplement, I knew we had found a winner. He is sleeping better and we use the supplement as needed to support those restless nights. It's hard enough being a parent of a teenager on the spectrum, but add the grumpiness of him not getting enough sleep can throw off our entire rhythms.
