I chose this company because of their selection of products, availability, and price. They did an amazing job personalizing the urn just the way I wanted and asked for it to be done. There was plenty of space to have the name, dates, and a sentimental quote added. The customer service was very prompt and courteous when I had special requests and questions. Even with the engraving, it shipped out the next day and was on my doorstep 3 days later. I’m very happy with the urn and it made a very hard time a little easier knowing my pup had a beautifully engraved urn made just for him. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this company!

The urn is beautiful. However, it is much too big. But I’m going to use it anyhow as it would cost more to send it back and exchange it. It is beautiful so I will use it.
