The pics are misleading for the shape and in person the painting is kind of sloppy looking

Mom thought it is beautiful for Dad when I brought it home from the funeral home. In terms of sizing, it is perfect for Dad's cremains from aquamation; he was small (about 125 lbs). I would recommend a larger volume for a bigger person if going by aquamation. It's probably sized correctly for cremains by flame cremation.

Not as pictured

The lid did not sit well on the base, the proportions of the base compared to the top were significantly larger than pictured, the color was significantly lighter than pictured, and the cost to return ship in original packaging was just short of the cost of the original purchase price, so ended up it throwing away. Have received a nice urn in the past but the 2 recently shipped were of poor quality and did not end up getting used.
