There was a mistake on my order but when I called they did hesitate to make it right. They shipped a new order immediately, so I would have it in time for the service. Mistakes happen. But how you handle them is what "makes" a company stand out from the others.

Perfect for our beloved baby

This keepsake heart is beautifully engraved (we chose to add the service) in the same gold color as the rose. The pink color has a fine, pearlescent sparkle to it. It's more of a matte texture than glossy. You can feel the heavy weight of the brass too. The urn comes in a velvet box and has a stand. Not sure I trust the stand, but will keep the urn in the box with the lid open. It's perfect for our beloved little one's remains. Thank you!
