Overpriced and NO RETURNS ALLOWED!!! Quality is low, not what you’d expect from the website descriptions and images. Company maintains that these straps are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. This is total nonsense as the strap and clasp are just put together from two stock items, and I had no kind of monogram. I feel totally ripped off and have spoken to the ASA, who are now collecting feedback on this company, and am due to speak to trading standards . Awful company!!!!
