This company is awesome. My stand came with damaged box and all the hardware was missing. I called them and they sent all that stuff out next day. I would recommend them to everybody.

I wanted to order a really nice quality stand (not something cheap and flimsy that would easily bend from a big box retailer) and this was EXACTLY what I got from Hammock Universe. The stand is so heavy duty, but was very easy to assemble myself and shipped/delivered so quickly. I highly recommend this, GREAT value!

Great product and customer service

Excellent product quality. Easy to assemble. Customer service was on point The shipper damaged the box. This cause the bolt package to fall out. I contacted customer service and within hours a new bolt package was on it's way.
