Charmoula Moroccan Mix

Charmoula, chermoula, it's delicious however you spell it!

I picked out this spice to try out the recipe for chermoula tempeh in Bryant Terry's Afro Vegan cookbook. Having this blend on hand saved a lot of time and ohmygosh it was so delicious! I'm keeping this spice blend just for that recipe, but will likely find others to use it in too just so that I can enjoy its flavorful combination more frequently.
