This also tastes good. I recommend the same thing: a splash of vanilla extract. You can also add cinnamon, nutmeg, or any flavoring because the buttermilk allows you to add your own flavors if you want. It’s not drying like most people mentioned in some reviews. I recommend watching when you’re making it so you don’t overcook it, which leads to dryness. If it’s too dry for you, add a mixture of unsweetened applesauce or half a banana.
