Small Bag Caddie (Frame Only) - Casters

Too deep for most

I got the frame on its own because from what I have seen, its the only way to get a coated steel frame. My wife cannot reach the bottom of the caddie, but loves the wheels. I think the best caddie would be an extra small size caddie at the height of the small caddie, with a raised bottom platform. That would make it the right height to not have to bend over as much, but not so deep that you can't reach the bottom. Get on it, guys :)
