I've been trying to break in these shoes since I received delivery. My right big toe on the top and left side still gets very sore after normal wear for an hour. The toenail is short and filed but it still rubs. I doubt if these shoes will work for me on my upcoming trip to Ireland. Without socks as you advised, they feel sticky and the loose insole pops up when I pull my foot out of the shoe. So far, I can't justify the price.

These will be my summer shoe as I have grown weary of sandals — no protection for the toes. . .so Charix it is. Thank you for the toe protection.

I’m in love with my black Charix flats. So comfortable from morning to night. I now have two pairs and I will continue to ad colors as needed. So happy I discovered this company.
