Custom Firefighter Polar Camel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler with Maltese Cross - LTM7315 - LZR

First I’d like to talk about the customer service that was par none. I placed an order for 3 tumblers for the guys at my station. After going over my order after placing it, yeah I should have double checked, I found an error with a badge number on one of the mugs. I placed the order after hours so without being said I went to voicemail when I called customer service but I was able to leave a messages. Since I applied for rush deliver I also sent an email stating the mistake that I made earlier. The next day I gave them a call and spoke with a representative who was beyond polite. I explained to her the situation and she informed me that issue was resolved and an email was sent to me confirming this. Even with my error and FDC correcting it my tumblers arrived before the estimated date!! I have nothing to Dane but that they have a customer for life.
