Nice ukulele, nice case, and great customer service. I broke the low G string when tuning the ukulele out of the box. Called Sound Smith and they sent a new set of D'Addario fluorocarbon strings. I still can't believe this is a solid koa ukulele with case at this price point. It plays and sounds great. I'm a very happy camper so far!

Tenor Koa

Received my new Uke a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy. The sound is beautiful as expected with Hawaiian Koa. The finish is flawless. I waited quite a while since it was a pre-order and shipping by UPS was slow. But, it was definitely worth the wait and I feel overall it was a very good value for the money.

Koa Tenor Preorder

Preordered on May. Definitely worth the wait. Lovely instrument. Shipping worked out fine but UPS did a poor job of communicating shipment progress once shipped. Would definitely buy again.
