Overall this was a fun way of getting my project truck painted without blowing the budget on an expensive paint job. Used a medium kit and purchased the DYC G-Force DipSprayer. Had some troubles with the sprayer such that it would quickly clog and lay down a ton of texture. Ended up essentially cleaning the needle/ nozzle assembly between each fill of the cup towards the latter coats. Also keeping the paint in the cup from falling below 1/3 full helped. As some have said before, masking is where all the work happens. TOOK FOREVER... definitely under estimated how long that would take. Looking forward to swapping colors on my VW about every year.
