Unhappy

Overall I am pretty unhappy. The wiring harness came with wrong adapters. When I notified you I was told the correct adapter was out of stock and would take 4 days to order. I asked you to order one for me. No reply? A couple of days ago I sent you another email, still no reply. I would appreciate if you at least reply so I know what's happening with my adapter.
