Hormone Tallow Balm

Smells nice but it’s not very smooth…lots of solid pieces mixed in throughout the whipped tallow cream. Not sure what that is or if its the intended texture, but its off-putting. Tried to contact the company to ask about it through the contact form on the website but it doesnt seem to work…when I click submit, nothing happens. Reached out to them via Instagram DM, but only received an auto-response directing me to the contact form on the website…that doesnt work. Very frustrating customer service experience for a first time customer so it’s unlikely I’ll order again.
