Hinoki Sushi Mold

I can’t wait to try this for all kinds of unique sushi I plan to make! This store never lets me down! :)

I have only used this once, but I have really liked the convenience of the pre-mold and cutting slots for making nigiri of all kinds. When combined with a good rolling mat, it is easy to crank out restaurant grade sushi on a regular basis as long as good sources are found for fish, eel, octopus, etc…. I am sure this will be a staple kitchen item every time I have a hankering for a sushi feast.
