Wonderful instrument

I had a great experience. Customer service was great, I was given photos so I could pick the one I wanted. It arrived with strap buttons, a great gig bag and a sound smith button. The instrument itself has a wonderful tone, the set up was perfect and I hope to buy another in the future.

Beautiful looking and sounding-Spalted Maple Concert Ukulele

My experience with the purchase of this beautiful ukulele was superb! Shannon answered all of my questions and showed me 3 instruments from which to choose. After I made my selection during the setup process Shannon noticed a small crack and had me make another selection. She offered two more options and I chose one I liked even better than the original.
