I had bought new filters from Excel via Amazon last fall after we closed our pool. They arrived and I put them in the shed until it was springtime and we were ready to reopen the pool. When my pool service attempted to install the filters we realized that I had ordered the wrong size and they would not work. I was distraught because it was way past the return period from Amazon. I called Excel Filters directly and they could not have been more professional. They got me the right filters shipped out ASAP and even sent me a postage paid return label for the old filters. They processed a credit to my Amazon account the very next day after getting the filters back to the factory.
