Replaced for free!!!

I sent in my well loved/used bactrack in for calibration and they ended up sending me a new one because the previous one did not meet their standards. I did not expect it at all, but I appreciate their efforts to upkeep such a high standard and will forever recommend that any drinker purchase one.

Quick and easy

The calibration experience was quick and easy, the hardest part was shipping to them. I even got the results of the calibration showing that the machine passed both low and high BAC levels
