Poor Customer Service

I am very pleased with the Hummingbird Trellis small tray. I’m not happy with customer service. I purchased the tray and paid full price 8 days prior to the start of the sale. When I called to ask for a price adjustment or credit because I purchased within a 2 week window, the lady that I spoke with said that would be too difficult so she would not do this.
