Wrong items were sent, I'm still waiting for the correct shipment

I usually have a great experience with Caspari, but things went very wrong with this order. When I received the box, there was a major mistake. Instead of the Hummingbird napkins, I received square plates with an wide orange rim. I called Caspari immediately and was told by the very nice woman (I don't recall her name) that mistakes happen, which is absolutely true, and that she would send out the napkins to me immediately. That was a week and a half ago. I still have not received my order. Please help! Thank you!
