Hi! The part we purchased was faulty. Our tech manager contacted someone in support who said we'd need to exchange it. Can you please help me with that?

Used this brand for over a decade

We don't properly maintenance ours but they still last 2-3 years running 60-70 hours a week on average. We just keep a couple in our stock room and switch them out as needed.
