I cannot praise Capucinne enough for how they handled my purchase. I ordered this ring after planning my wedding date. When there was a delay in the production, Capucinne informed me. When I told them I needed it by a certain date, they made sure that it was sent to me before that date. Unfortunately, the ring was lost in transit by DHL. I contacted Capucinne about this and they did everything they could to aid in finding the ring. When it couldn't be found, they quickly produced another ring for me and shipped it within a week.
