Heartwood Medium Roast

My go-to for espresso and my back-up for pour over. It surprisingly does a great job for both. On the espresso front I can make a decent medium roast shot or pair it with milk.

Not as great as the former one a bit bitter.

We love this coffee and have it on a subscription so we never run out. Its got a deep rich flavor and it’s really the best coffee we have had. We live in Pennsylvania and it is always packaged well and delivery time from California to Pennsylvania is excellent.
