I must say that customer service is exceptional! I had a slight issue with my table chairs and they were able to immediately help resolve it. My 5 piece dining set looks beautiful in my home! I couldn't be more happier that it turned out this nice. The packaging was perfect and saved my items from being damaged. It was a very simple installation and I did all by myself. The dining room set was packaged well. The instructions were clear, although it did take me a few hours to build since I am not very "handy." The only downfall to building this by myself was that the glass table top was heavy. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
