Ours has a tear in it

We are going to try to get a replacement from the company. We gave this to our son as a 12th bday present. He opened it yesterday. I think there was probably a small rip in the outer fabric that we didn't see, and as he sat and laid on it, that rip got larger. We've had friends who loved their chillbo. So, we are hopeful that our replacement is awesome.
