PETITE LIGHTS HEART SHADOW BOX

The product itself was perfect. The item was exactly what I wanted. The reason this is a 2-star review is due to the issues I encountered with receiving the item. I wanted to have this item by a specific date (7/17), so I paid for the fastest shipping option available on the date of purchase (7/4). After going days with no update on the package, I reached out multiple times to the international shipper via email only to be asked to “please wait a little longer” on 7/14. The package finally arrived on 7/24. While the item itself is beautiful, I would hesitate to purchase any of the other items from the store. Which is a shame because many of them look amazing, and I had initially planned to buy another item for an upcoming event. Again, I would love to buy more items from the store, however, I’m just not willing to risk another issue with the shipping process.
