The MYO-GROW

Been using them for 1 month now, no huge change but strength has increased and my recovery period seems to have decreased, whereas before fatigue would knock me flat, but not so much now.

After one week, I am now experiencing less fatigue. Hopefully, I will start to notice muscle mass increase this week. I did think that my package took way too long to arrive however.

It’s a little early to give a honest review cause I just started taking this supplement but I have high hopes and I feel a little stronger. I will write another review once I have been taking it for atleast a month. So far so good.
