Easy to install and seems good at foot traffic noise but not so good at deadening bass coming up from downstairs but realistically only 12 inches of concrete does that

Amazing product really good quality good sound insulation but firm so very little flex under flooring. Delivery driver was also brilliant and helpful as rolls are really heavy
