Pretty but the clasp is semi broken

I bought this back in early June, maybe late May. It’s July 25. It was okay when I got it. I keep it on so it’s not like I’m using the clasp all the time. I found it on the bathroom floor at work. It came right off my wrist and I didn’t know it. Then realized the clasp was staying open until I manually pushed it down. It’s a spring like clasp. Not a lobster claw. It’s a beautiful bracelet and maybe I got a dud. I have an anklet from here I’ve had for the better part of a year and it’s good still.

The bracelet is very pretty, unfortunately I didn't read how to care for it, I assumed I could ware it without taking it off to bath,leaving it on and that it would stay shiny, So now I have to use jewelry cleaner to hopefully clean it,I want to ware it all the time without taking it off.
