Beautiful Solid Copper Sink

You will not be disappointed with this sink. The finish is amazingly hand-crafted and heavy. Installation underneath the counter required additional support due to the weight but fairly straightforward. Connected disposal with no issue. Bottom grate was on backorder so I delayed my review, but the quality and gauge is comparable to the sink. Overall I couldn’t be more happy with the quality. I expect this will last several lifetimes. I would recommend you wipe it out daily and wax it at least monthly to preserve the finish.

Love, love, love my new copper sink! Finally installed with my counter. Doing kitchen remodel so backsplash and paint not done yet. I researched copper sinks and was impressed with the thickness of the copper and found none comparable. I wasn’t sure about my champagne bronze faucet so had a dark bronze faucet on standby, but IMO the champagne bronze looks great with the sink. The color of the sink is great and I love that real copper is a living finish. As far as care, I’ll be careful to not let acidic foods/liquids sit in the sink. A quick rinse of the sink is really all that is needed which I always did with my previous stainless steel sink anyways. If food is accidentally left and a bright copper area results, I know it will darken up in no time, just like my old revereware copper bottom pots and pans. I do wish that the drain assembly outer ring was more the dark patina color like the sink. It is a lighter copper color. It’s not enough to make me want to change it out. Lastly, the packaging was fantastic! I was a bit worried that it could dent even with 12 gauge thickness in shipping. But not to worry! This was packed in a heavy cardboard box that was put in a bigger heavy duty box that had super thick tough foam panel on top and bottom of inner sink box PLUS plywood panels placed to protect the inner sink box. I’ve never seen anything packed so well to protect the product. Plus shipping was fast. Would I do it again? Yep, in a heartbeat!
