Lives up to its name

I finally got around to using this strong flavored honey in homemade graham crackers. I was warned to use something milder, but all I had was the chestnut. It is definitely a flavor I can taste and I am OK with it! I dont use honey for much of anything else except baking, so chestnut is definitely part of the flavor catalog. Worth a try!! For holiday time it is special & unique.
