Portable Misting Fan Cold Air Pro

The wind is strong, but a bit noisy. Water spray is cool when the pump works, you can actually feels cool in 35 degree Celsius environment. But the pump is not always functioning, usually take few seconds before the water came out, or I'll need to jiggle the nozzle to make the water runs again.
