Threading issue!!!

It was very difficult to remove the screws to separate the upper and lower plate, I had to use pliers to bite the stubs, and I had to re-thread the stubs so I can rescrew them back.

Some issues with quality

I like the dash mount quite a lot, which is why I kept it despite having several of the standoffs misthreaded and the screws installed at a slight angle. It was nearly impossible to remove the screws to separate the upper and lower plate (necessary in order to attach your various mounts). It was absolutely impossible to rethread several of the screws back in, so I just left them out. It works, but it's probably not as stable as it would be with all of the standoffs secured with screws.

Fits and works great, exceeding my expectations (plus super easy to install. Your service is also exceptional - I emailed with questions on a Roof Rack (on a Sat) expecting an answer is a few days…. to my surprise Steve from WTA replied almost instantly answering all my questions (went ahead and bought the Rack and Ladder right then as a result) great product - great service!
