Pilot Metropolitan Fountain Pen - Retro Pop Red

It is not overly expensive, it writes, what's not to like.

Standard Metropolitan

03.16.25 No surprises. I just wanted a fine point, no problems. One minor discrepancy, the cartridge was unusable; clogged near the opening. I tried to extract the clog with a toothpick, but it would not come out. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Pilot Metropolitan

Nice pen. Loaded it with the Pilot red ink I purchased with the pen. Writes very nice. I got the fine nib and seems to write a thicker line than my Explorer with a fine nib. I think the Pilot red ink is little too pink.
