HIKE Avara Trek

We have wanted to exchange for different sizes but for 2 weeks cannot get a response (after multiple attempts) on where to ship. We ordered different shoes before and loved them. These shoes in same size are too big. Husband ordered two pairs and his sre too small. VERY UNHAPPY with lack if communication and no phone number to call that works.

Apparently when i selected the size on the website, the size selection reset because i am a size 10 in men’s. Customer service initially tesponded quickly with the steps to take care of the problem, but they have ghosted me and will not respond. Unlikely I will purchase Hike shoes again.

They run large. Will have to return.
