Noodler's Blue Eel - 3oz Bottled Ink

I had ordered samples first. After test-driving them & making my choices, I liked the Noodlers the best. Noted-the bottles are filled to the very top, no skimping here. Packing & shipping were great.

Pen saving ink!

This ink has solved some issues with a couple of pens that were destined for the junk pile. One was a Jinhao (ceramic something or other) that was such a hard starter I had given up on it after trying several other inks. The other was a Conklin and a hard starter as well. Once inked up with Eel inks, they write like a dream! I thought the ink would have some funky properties on paper, but it is well-behaved and fairly wet.

A Stand Out Beauty

A wonderful blue! I bought it to replace my Noodler’s Liberty’s Elysium, and it is an incredibly close color match. However, I find this one has a slightly lighter tone to it that is even more beautiful than Liberty’s Elysium. A wonderful ink that is sure to stand out in beauty, without being obnoxious.
