I recently made my second ever purchase of pens and ink from the Goulet Pen Company, and I am impressed withe the ease with which my order was filled. The person who filled my order, Grant, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My products were nicely packaged, and delivered in a few days, Aside from his role as a pen retailer, Brian Goulet is also a superb educator. Not only does Brian sell fountain pens, but he also teaches viewers about pens through his Fountain Pen 101 programs, his Q&A series, and his many reviews to name a few. I've been a fountain pen user for about 50 years, but I always learn something new every time I log into the company web site. Many companies sell fountain pens, but Brian is the only one who teaches buyers how to use and care for the pens. As a former university professor, I can testify to the importance of education.
