Rohrer & Klingner Salix (iron gall) - Ink Sample

Excellent and safe iron gall Registrar's ink

The sample vial was very small - I'm going to have to buy a bigger bottle. I like this ink for its permanence, ease of use, and especially for its colour - similar to Diamine Registrar's ink (and therefore similar to my parent's marriage certificate (1937). I believe that it has less iron-gall content and therefore safer to use in a good pen.

Really cool ink. It works pretty good on low quality’s paper as well.

Very nice waterproof blue-blackish ink.

This ink looks very nice, and survives water and highlighter.
