Pilot Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo - Ink Sample

Fascinating Color

Like all Iroshizuku inks, this one is well behaved and flows nicely through my TWSBI ECO with a fine nib. I find it hard to describe the color, but I would say it is a blue/black that shades to dark teal. It would serve well in a professional environment while offering a little different look. I find it very pleasing to the eye. I am testing several inks in blue shades and, at the moment, this one is leading the pack. A full bottle may be in the offing.

Great ink, unideal size

Love the ink, it looks great. I've been a long time fan of asa-gao, but I enjoy how this is a bit more subdued. The only issue I ran into (and it isn't really Goulet Pens' fault), but the ink sample does not fill well at all on the new pen I got with the order - the Pilot Vanishing Point. So I'd recommend that if you're wanting to try a sample, using something with a shorter filling mechanism. Just something to keep in mind, but did not effect my review of this beautiful ink.
