De Atramentis Document Ink White - Ink Sample

I wanted to love this ink because it is fountain pen friendly, but for my particular application, my Bombay White India ink is far more opaque. But please fountain Pen lovers, don’t ever put an India ink in your fountain pen ! I love that this one is safe.

Just what I was looking for

I wanted a white ink for my fountain pen and all the others are listed either specifically not for fountains or are iridescent and not visible on darker paper. This De Atramentis is perfect. I loaded it in a fountain with a medium nib and have had no issues. Grateful!

Just what I was looking for

I wanted a white ink for my fountain pen and most are marked for every other sort of option, with warnings not to use in fountains. However, I was able to use this De Atramentis with a medium nib without issue. Thrilled to have found it and can now write in journals or on notecards made with black paper for something a little different.
