Most of the time the ink has dried before I can blot. But some inks take forever to dry - a couple of Noodler’s Inks are especially slow drying and require blotting. It also depends on the paper.

Very nice blotter. Easy to use, looks and feels great. Would buy again.

Just what I needed

It's the perfect size to blot one or two lines, which is usually what I enter in one sitting.
