Love this color but cartridges I bought were defective. Manufacturing error. Some were clear, some blue and some red. Buy bottles and fill your own cartridges.

Extreme dry ink. Pretty, but you need to be selective with your nib + paper.
This ink is drier than any other Diamine ink I've used, or even the famous dry Pelikan 4001 series inks. It looks fine when used on absorbent sketch pad paper, but if you try to use this on normal run of the mill paper with a 1.4mm stub, you will be surprised at how much it skips. You have to write very slowly or else it will skitter and lay down a very faint, invisible dotted line if you try to write speedily. After testing with various paper types and different nibs and pens, I realized that the problem was the ink, and put it into my Pilot Parallel hacked pen that gushes and burps like crazy. And lo and behold, it has tamed the Parallel! If you need a VERY dry ink to tame uncontrollable gushing on a very wet nib/pen, use this ink. If you want ink that you want to be able to write on a normal sized (or normal stub) nib, or tend to write quite fast, this ink is not for you. This is not a verdict on all Diamines; Marine, in particular, is very dry, but other Diamines seem to be average wetness that can handle fast writing just fine. The color is bright and vibrant. Not something I'd use every day but it's a nice change of pace if you're tired of dark inks. It's a true turquoise with a neon sort of brightness.
